Divorce & Custody Representation

Compassion. Safety. Strength. Guidance.

Divorce is never God’s ideal, and it is never the first choice.
But God also hates violence, fear, and abuse — and He cares deeply about your safety and the safety of your children.

If you are in an unhealthy or unsafe relationship, you may need protection, clarity, and a strong custody plan.
My role is to guide you with compassion while standing firmly for your rights and for your family’s wellbeing.

You do not have to walk through this alone.

I offer a safe, confidential space to understand your options and move forward with strength and dignity.

Divorce doesn’t have to become a war. If you and your spouse are willing to work toward agreement, my Guided Agreement Divorce process helps you resolve the major issues—property, support, and parenting—in a structured, fair, and efficient way.

This is not litigation. It’s a calm, step-by-step process designed to reduce stress, protect dignity, and help you move forward.

What is a Guided Agreement Divorce?

A Guided Agreement Divorce is an agreement-based divorce process where both spouses participate together in joint meetings. My role is to help you stay focused on practical solutions and to prepare the legal documents needed for a complete final decree.

  • We meet together (both spouses present)

  • We identify what’s already agreed—and what still needs agreement

  • You resolve remaining issues outside the office

  • You return with a clear agreement so I can finalize the paperwork

If you cannot reach agreement, you may need separate attorneys for litigation, and I do not continue in that role.

What’s included

Depending on your situation, your final resolution can include:

  • Division of property and debts

  • Spousal maintenance (if applicable)

  • Child support terms and related orders

  • Parenting plan and custody arrangements (if applicable)

  • Retirement division language and related court orders (when appropriate)

Every case is different. Some items (like QDROs and child support worksheets) may add time and cost.

Pricing

Guided Agreement Divorce starts at $3,500 (plus court filing fees—typically about $300 per spouse).

This starting price is designed for cases that can be completed efficiently—generally no more than 7 hours of attorney time.

Costs may increase if your case requires additional work such as:

  • QDRO preparation and follow-through

  • Detailed parenting plan drafting

  • Child support worksheets and additional orders

  • Complex property issues

We’ll discuss costs upfront so there are no surprises.

The process (simple and structured)

Step 1 — Joint Intake Meeting

Both spouses meet together. We outline what’s already agreed and what remains.

Step 2 — You Resolve Remaining Issues

You discuss remaining issues outside the office and return with your agreement.

Step 3 — Drafting & Final Paperwork

I prepare the complete written agreement and the final decree for signature.

Step 4 — Cooling-Off Period

Arizona has a 60-day waiting period, giving both spouses time to reconsider before finalization.

Step 5 — Final Resolution

Once signed and submitted, your divorce can be finalized according to court procedures.

Who this is for

Guided Agreement Divorce is a strong fit when:

  • You both want to avoid courtroom conflict

  • You are willing to communicate respectfully

  • You want a structured process with an experienced attorney guiding the documentation

  • You want a complete and final resolution (not a “temporary” plan)

Optional short “FAQ”

Do you represent both spouses?
I work with both spouses together to prepare agreements and documents. If you cannot reach agreement, you may need separate attorneys.

What if we don’t agree?
If agreement is not possible, you may choose litigation with separate attorneys.

Do we have to agree on everything before meeting you?
No. The first meeting is designed to clarify what’s agreed and what still needs resolution.
